It's something that I've really thought about a lot the last couple of years, but the Packers have been so good to me and my family in my 11 years here. We're not only talking about winning championships, but relationships that are built on trust, loyalty and having some fun along the way. I think about working with [new head coach] Matt LaFleur, what type of relationship we build, what our rapport is like as we get started this week, his philosophy and his faith in me. And then also the people within the organization — sitting down with [general manager] Brian Gutekunst and [owner] Mark Murphy and just seeing where they are at with their vision for where they want to get this team.
